In the event you have purchased an item that does not meet your standards for whatever reason, you have the option to send the product back for a full refund within 30 days of making your purchase.
Please keep in mind our requirements for receiving a return. Returns are NOT accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
- Accessories, warranty cards, manuals, or other original components are missing or damaged
- Product is scratched, damaged, altered or not in acceptable resale condition
To begin the refund process you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. No return will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) number. To receive your RMA #, e-mail the following information to Support@channelmasterstore.com:
- First and Last Name
- Order ID
- Product on the order to be returned
- Reason for the return
We will e-mail your RMA# back to you within 72 hours of receiving your request.

- Damaged items cannot be returned
- Original order shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipment expense
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number
- For Refurbished, Discontinued or Open Box Items: All Sales Final
- Returns are only processed for items purchased from Channel Master Store
- We do not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday
- Weekend days do not count towards 72-hour return authorization response time
- Custom ordered items or items that have been installed or disassembled cannot be returned
- No refunds will be given for any reason after 30 days from receipt of your order
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number
- You will be responsible for the original shipping cost of items purchased with 'FREE Ground Shipping' in addition to the return shipment cost
