Good Antenna once the flaws are repaired November 8, 2013

The picture is great and the HD picture beats anything from satellite or cable with no monthly cost ! The downside is Channelmaster's lack of quality control. They are using cheap plastic parts made in China, especially the Bowtie Assembly.I bought 3 of these antennas and all 3 were cracked and broken out of the box. I had to repair them before being able to use them. The antenna boom comes in 3 parts and the bolts supplied will rust over time possibly causing the antenna to separate. I replaced these parts with stainless steel nuts and bolts. Once these improvements are made, the CM 2020 is a very good antenna.

Great Reception from 35 miles away October 27, 2013
Reviewer: Jason Neuman from Twin Cities, MN
I'm 35 miles from the nearest tower with 70 foot trees standing between us, and got perfect reception...8 reception bars out of 10. I carried the antenna up to the roof by myself with one's light. So far, it survived 2 days with prolonged 30 mph winds.\n\nThe instructions could have had some clearer explanations and/or more photos. The S-Clip that holds the transformer in place is worthless, had to zip tie/electrician's tape it into place. \n\nAll in all, it took about 45 minutes to put together. I'm very happy with this antenna.

Mounted in the attic, good signal. I live near 2 major cities, 1 east 25 mi and 1 north 50 mi, about 90 degrees apart. Pointed antenna between the two. I get 41 stations, most above 90 percent signal strength.
