Q. I just connected the CM-7000 and it has “no signal” on the TV screen.
A. Perform the channel scan per the instructions.
Q. I just connected the CM-7000 and I can not get the set up menu on the TV screen.
A. Insure the TV is on channel 3 or 4 corresponding to the channel ¾ switch on the back on the CM-7000.
Q. I performed the channel scan and there are no channels found.
A. Insure the customer has an antenna connected to the “antenna in” connection on the back of the CM-7000.
A. Insure the customer is not using the CM-7000 with a Cable TV service, The CM-7000 will not work with cable TV.

Q. The stations I receive digitize and drop out.
A. Ask customer to try adjusting the antenna.

A. Unplug the CM-7000 from the power outlet then plug back in to reset.
Q. I have a clear picture but it is black and white, no color.
A. Ask customer to disconnect the antenna from the CM-7000 and perform a channel scan. The scan will find no channels. Unplug the CM-7000
from the power outlet then plug back in. Reconnect the antenna and rescan for channels.
Q. The CM-7000 will not come on, it only displays a red light on the front panel.
A. Unit has failed, recommend a replacement.
Q. My remote does not work.
A. Check/change batteries.
