Shipping

We offer several shipping methods for both domestic and international customers. Domestic customers have the option to ship orders via ground, two-day delivery and standard overnight delivery. International customers have the option to ship orders via international economy and international priority.

Most Orders Ship Same Day

Most online orders received by 12:00 PM mountain time ship the same day. Orders on Fridays after 12:00 PM and orders on weekends will not ship them until the Monday of the following week. We do not ship packages on holidays, including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Years Eve/Day.

UPS and USPS

Most items listed in the shopping cart will have the option of choosing a UPS shipping method, but some items will include a USPS shipping option. These items are eligible for slightly reduced shipping rates. When the USPS shipping method is selected, you can expect to receive your shipment 1-3 additional business days than a UPS ground shipment.

Determining Shipping and Handling Costs

Determining the shipping & handling costs for any item listed is easy, just simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart. You can view the shipping charges for the available shipping methods at anytime during your shopping experience by viewing your cart. Shipping rates calculated are based on the total weight of the items on your order. There are no requirements to buy.

P.O. Boxes as Shipping Address

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Using a P.O. Box address as the shipping address during order checkout will delay your order as we seek to obtain an alternate shipping address for the order

Customer Pickup Services

We offer customer pickup for all items advertised on channelmaster.com. Just place an order on our web site and select the In-Store pickup shipping method and we will prepare your order the same day. Available pickup times are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please call or email in advance to schedule your pick up.

Address Change Charges

There will be a $15.00 address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer may be subject to a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order.

UPS Shipping Methods for Domestic Customers


UPS Ground Delivery: Shipping time is 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous 48 states and 3 to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Two-Day Delivery: Shipping time is 2 business days delivered by the end of the second business day within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping time to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may exceed two business days.

UPS Standard Overnight Delivery: Shipping time is 1 business day delivered by 12:00 PM, or end of day for some rural areas. Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Shipping Methods for International Customers

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Transit time is typically 2-4 days. This is a door-to-door service and includes free customs clearance into Canada. Please note, this does not include applicable duties, taxes, and fees. International customers are subject to duties, taxes, and fees and are responsible to pay those duties, taxes, and fees incurred at the time of delivery. These are to be paid directly to the shipping carrier.

Returns

30-day Money-Back Guarantee

Within 30-days of your receipt of your order, you may return most items in its original condition (opened or unopened). The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Channel Master is not responsible for installation errors. Our 30-day money back guarantee is ONLY valid for items purchased via ChannelMasterStore.com. Products that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking fee. Non-returnable items include: CM7000PAL, telescoping masts, ALL Seagate external hard drives and open box special items.

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
  • Original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced.
  • Accessories, warranty cards, manuals, or other original components missing or damaged.
  • Product is not in acceptable resale condition (scratched, damaged, or other product altering effects).
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
  • All sales are final for ALL Seagate external hard drives and are NOT included under our 30 day money back guarantee.
Please take notice:
  • Damaged items cannot be returned.
  • Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
  • Refurbished, Discontinued and Open Box Items: All sales are final.
  • We only process returns for items purchased from us.
  • We do not receive returns on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Weekends will not count as days for the 72-hour return authorization response time.
  • Custom ordered items or items that have been installed or disassembled cannot be returned.
  • No refunds will be given for any reason after 30 days from receipt of your order.
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
  • Items sold as, 'FREE Ground Shipping', is the customer's responsibility to pay the original shipping cost to the customer as well as shipping charges to ship product back to us.

Return Procedure

Customers must request a return authorization (RMA#) number by completing the online return material authorization form or by emailing support@channelmaster.com. Please include your name, email address, order number, items to be returned, reason for return and approximate date of purchase. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow. Please note it is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the unwanted item.
